What We Do
In order for a team to work as a strong unit, they must follow a proficient leader. By upholding organisational values, managers and supervisory roles set an example that trickles down through the rest of the team. The Personal Insights Workshops provide guidance to managerial roles, developing an insight into their own mode of practice, and creating a position where from leaders can evaluate their conduct and identify areas for improvement.
Firstly, we hold a 1-to-1 session with the senior leaders to assess where they are currently positioned in relation to the current objectives of the organisation. From our evaluation, we work with the management team to develop such skills, and gain an insight into how to best motivate performance, build relations, and achieve results. With the focus consistently placed on improvement, we work with managers to enhance their effectiveness, their team’s engagement and achievement, and the performance of the business. The model ends with continuous review and adaption, ensuring sustainable improvement for the future.
The insights workshop focuses on four attributes; focus, flow, climate and process. The model identifies the end objective of the business, and implements practical steps to achieve them, accommodating for the individual considerations each organisation requires.
