Will Sambrook MSC QTS
Company director, Will Sambrook, has over a decade’s experience in designing original and creative solutions to both public and private organisations. Earning his Master’s Degree in Organisational Behaviour and specialising in behaviour change, Will ensures that the goals of individuals match and support the goals of the business, while being met themselves.
His innovation was the source of the hugely successful online 360° feedback platform – a programme to assess and develop managers against their role or company specific values. Highly rated by clients such as Nissan Design Europe, Norfolk Line Maersk and ISG Jacksons, the tool has significantly improved company functioning. Read what they have to say here.
Will’s most recent brainchild is the development of Akenham’s Management Interactive series. Providing bite sized interactive management workouts that challenge mindsets, the series inspires managers to achieve greater results for themselves and for their organisation.
Adam Brown
Adam is a confident L&D and HR practitioner, specialising in Human Performance. Impressing known brands such as Conran, DFDS, Radisson, PPG and ISG, Adam facilitates organisational growth by coaching how to maximise effectiveness, influence and responsiveness to performance issues.
Highly skilled, Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and is CIPD qualified.
Drawing on his experience in hospitality, Adam brings a wealth of customer excellence insights from high-end institutions such as Marriott International and Radisson Edwardian Hotels.
Adrian Ward MSC
Adrian Ward is Akenham’s lead consultant, specialising in performance management. He holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, and is a Sessional Lecturer for Birkbeck’s Master’s degree in Organisational Change. His goal is to assist organisations maximise the commercial and motivational value of their Performance Management systems and practices.
Adrian has built several long-term relationships with organisations across both the public (MOD, NHS, local govt) and private (Retail, Financial Services, Media, Transport, Marketing & Distribution, Civil Engineering) sector, making him well experienced as part of our team.
Prior to joining Akenham, Adrian was Head of Performance Management for the Lloyds TSB group, responsible for raising the standard of people development across a blue chip financial services organisation employing over 80,000 people worldwide.
Liz Moss
Liz is an EMCC Senior Practitioner, specialising in individual and team coaching. Her objective is to improve the performance of individuals, and managing conflict or relational issues between managers and teams of staff.
Liz is qualified with a Masters Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, and is well-experienced in leading projects within the public, private and third sector.
Nigel Moody
An experienced and professional business consultant, Nigel specialises in learning and development, business performance and change. Working from the philosophy that business flourishes best when the skillset of every individual is developed and actualised, Nigel creates programmes that inspires and challenges teams in a creative way.
Establishing his own independent consulting practice in 1999, Nigel is experienced in designing programmes that perfectly tailor to each organisation’s individual needs. The most recognised sectors in which he has worked include the NHS, HM Government, HM Prison Service, Food and Beverages, the Royal Navy, the Army and Royal Air Force and the Pharmaceutical industry.
